Wedding Date on Oct 21, 2018

While filming Justine and Kyle's wedding I had the pleasure of witnessing something so moving it brought tears to my eyes. One of the bride’s good friends was unable to attend her wedding. You see that friend served in the armed forces, was stationed states away and couldn’t get the leave. Justine was disappointed but knew their friendship went well beyond that one day. What she didn’t know is that her friend was able to negotiate one day of leave at the last minute. And so, she did what any good friend would do! She drove all through the night and early morning 6 hours to be at her friend’s wedding. No time to change, she showed up unannounced, in her uniform and surprised us all... It was heart warming to watch. This little taste of home meant so much to her. I was so honored to be in her presence, to know that she had sacrificed and would sacrifice so much for her friend, for her nation and even for me. A week before their wedding their videographer had to cancel! 3 days before the wedding I got a call, they couldn't find anyone... I'm so glad I was available and able to make it work! It was such an honor to capture this amazing day. Justine & Kyle have such a beautiful connection with one another, their friends and their 2 1/2children!
