Sophie and Blake we to high school together, but didn't meet until they were both in college. Because Sophie knew right away that Blake would be the man she would marry, that she started writing letters to him and created a notebook for him to read on their wedding day and beyond. Four years ago, when they lived in Shanghai, China, Blake made a promise that this day would happen; that they would say yes to one another to spending the rest of their lives together. And it was a no brainer to have their wedding happen along North Lake at Blake's parents' home, where they have so much family history. They originally had a larger guest list, but due to the pandemic, they just had 25 of their closest loved ones at their celebration. And Blake's sister was their officiant. Sophie had always hoped for an intimate wedding, and it all worked out. And what an beautiful day it was!
