Gabby + Mac's Wedding Teaser Wow, just wow. The hardest part of putting this teaser together was cutting down all of the amazing moments we captured. Gabby + Mac were an explosion of love, fun, + light. Their faces beamed every time they saw each other. Their joy was contagious. You could feel it when they belly laughed together. You could feel it when G looked at M + lovingly called him Buddy - their nickname that came from becoming such great friends. M’s mom told a story about one of the first times she met G. M pulled her aside + said, “Just look at her mom, how could I not be happy?” And he wasn’t lying. G lights up his life + M makes G laugh so easily. It was beautiful to watch. M, being a graphic designer, created a lot of the details for the reception from signage, to napkins, + more. This day was special, it was personal, it was intimate + at the same time grand. But this day wasn’t just for G + M. They created a day for everyone to celebrate. From the hot chocolate cart waiting for everyone outside the church to a room set up for a Zoom feed for all of the folks who couldn’t be there. There was intention in every detail. All were invited to let loose, enjoy themselves, + create memories. As the sun went down + the reception began in earnest, a storm rolled through. Nobody noticed. There was something special happening inside. The kind of thing that drives storms away + silences thunder. The kind of thing that leaves a bright moment in time. Regardless of pandemics or storms, love like this can’t be stopped; it holds steady + true. Just look at these two, how could you not be happy. 🍂🧡
