Christina + Brent’s wedding film 🎥 NOLA native? Second line? Destination wedding? What’s a girl to do but bring in the fabulous AN.GLE Events for an Alys Beach Wedding?!?! Christina and Brent said “I do” on the Gulf Green at Alys Beach on April 22nd, surrounded by family and friends. I always say we have the sweetest couples, and these two were no exception. Christina is a stunning girl, but she’s so completely unassuming and laid back, you get the impression she has no idea how lovely she is. One of my all time favorite wedding moments happened when Christina was coming down the aisle. She blushes and shyly hides her head behind her bouquet. It’s absolutely precious, and a wonderful expression of her personality. And please, let’s talk about that bouquet… Alys Beach is always beautiful but Myrtie Blue’s floral design took Christina and Brent’s wedding to a whole new level of breathtaking. From the fabulous circular arch complementing the Gulf Green architecture, to the jaw dropping gorgeousness of Christina’s bouquet, the Myrtie Blue team NAILED IT. Being married to a Welshman, you know I’m a sucker for an accent, and I have to say, I’m a little obsessed with Father Gabriel’s. We built the narrative for this film around his lovely service (partly because, I mean, seriously, listen to that voice!). We joked with James + Schulze (who were a blast to shoot alongside) that we were kind of like the wedding pro United Nations with Rob, Father Gabriel and Otto 🙂 All in all it was an incredible event. Full of friends, family, fun, laughter and a lot of dancing thanks to the always on point Atlanta Party Band. Rob and I get excited when we see they’re playing one of our weddings because they are incredible musicians and vocalists. The second half of this film shows you just how packed they keep the dance floor at every gig we have with them! Christina and Brent, we were honored to be a part of your big day and hope this film will put a smile on your face for the rest of your lives!
