Tia and Stephen met on Match.com. Oddly enough, Tia wouldn’t have talked to Stephen had he messaged her any other way than how he had. There was a picture of her and her Doberman on a hike, and he commented on her dog. They started messaging back and forth and never stopped. The first time they met was on Halloween. Tia had recently purchased a home, and it was her first Halloween in the neighborhood. She had gotten candy, and about 30 minutes into passing it out, she realized she was going to run out. Apparently her neighborhood was the one EVERYONE visited. Stephen was at Gator’s Dockside in Deland and offered to bring her more candy. She told him he could bring candy and beer and sit on her front porch with her to pass it out. They’ve been inseparable ever since. For the proposal, Stephen involved the kids, which Tia loved. The kids had created a “restaurant” in their home. They made menus and decorations and acted as the “wait staff.” Everyone got dressed up and Stephen made dinner for everyone. Once everything was ready, Stephen and Tia exited the house and were greeted by their daughter Sophia, who played the hostess. She sat them at a table. Their son, Ethan, played their waiter and greeted them with a towel over his arm as he proceeded to take their drink order. Ethan and Sophia gathered all the drinks and took their food orders, as well. They dished and served Tia and Stephen their meals, and then joined them for a wonderful dinner. At the end of dinner, Ethan handed Stephen his “check.” Stephen then proposed to Tia at the table. Tia's favorite moment of the day was dancing with Stephen at the end of the evening. It was really the first time they had a moment alone since the commencement of the day. They laughed a little, cried a little, and just held each other for a moment as husband and wife. It was the biggest exhale after months of chaos. For the full blog post, visit . I would love to be your wedding videographer in Orlando or anywhere else in the world.
