I'm so excited to share this special film — a peek into Shelby and Ben’s wedding day at Lairmont Manor. It was a beautiful weekend filled with warmth, smiles, and a close-knit feeling that's hard to put into words. They chose an intimate setting, surrounded by friends and family who mean the world to them, which made every moment even more special.
Their guests all travelled to the quaint town of Bellingham, WA to celebrate with them. It was my first time in the area as well and I had a couple of gorgeous fall days exploring, eating delicious food, watching sunsets, and shooting timelapses for their film.
The next day, we ventured to Artist Point in Mt Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. We drove up around 4am to watch the sunrise hit the peaks of Mount Shuksan and Mount Baker. The views were mind blowingly stunning and we got some incredible portraits to add to their film and story.
I loved being able to tell their story in a unique way using their personal vows, the ceremony, and the speeches, and incorporating all of that with unscripted candids, fun moments that captures their personalities, and the pure joy and genuine emotion from throughout the day.
It’s more than just a wedding video; it's a glimpse into their journey together, a reminder of the simple joys and deep connections in life. A future time capsule with intentional moments that matter the most.
