Lindsay & Sophie are two of the most loving, kind, and joy filled people I have ever met.
Their story is so beautiful. They are a safe haven for one another, and their wedding was a reflection of that and the beauty and support from their family and friends alongside it. Their family and friends even surprised them with pride flags at their first kiss (you'll see this in the very start of the film).
Soph got ready in their Austin, TX home. They sang a song with their guests called "crowded tables", one about welcoming everyone in.
Their bravery, depth, and story is so worthy of being told, and I felt so honored to get to create this film for them.
My favorite part of their day was their ring warming ceremony. They passed their rings around to every guest. Each guest could send well wishes to them and show their love and support. The best part about this was, it wasn't just a passive activity throughout the ceremony, but Linda and Soph stopped and made eye contact (through tear filled eyes) to every single guest there. It was one of the most emotional moments I have witnessed in a wedding film.
