Meet Kelli (AKA Mermaid) and Nick. Kelli and Nick’s love story happened ironically and unexpectedly. So much so that Kelli was actually trying to be a matchmaker for one of her friends and Nick! How crazy is that?!? She was literally actively trying to set Nick up with someone else! Kelli being the matchmaker lead to having long, deep and interesting conversations with Nick and allowed them to create a meaningful friendship. Then, it happened. “The spark started when we put our walls down and realize that opposites CAN work.” Because they weren’t pursing each other, it actually allowed them to open up and just be themselves which turned out to be exactly what the other needed! Is it just me or are the love stories that aren't love at first sight, the sweetest?!?! Life turned out far better than they could even imagine!
