Wedding Date on Apr 29, 2022

We first started talking to Jaclyn and Mark about their wedding well over a year ago. These two Virginia/DC based soon-to-be-weds fell in love with our little bayfront town of Fairhope, AL on a vacation and knew this is where they wanted say "I do!" Then, Jaclyn mentioned some of the unique and personal touches she was hoping to incorporate throughout the day and when we found out they were fellow The Office nerds and were incorporating all kinds of nods to the show into their day... we knew we'd found our people! We wanted this extended film to not only capture all of the beautiful details Jaclyn intricately planned (all from a distance?!) but to truly capture both her and Mark's fun-loving, never too serious personalities as well as all of the love and support they were surrounded by all day. This video is even more special than any of us knew going in and is certainly one of those wedding days we'll never forget. The ceremony was held out on the Bluff in downtown Fairhope, AL amidst the giant oaks and sprawling greens on the bay. Jaclyn had designed the space to be minimal yet refined and 100% *stunning*, accented of course by hand-sewn handkerchiefs complete with quotes from "The Office." It was nothing short of "perfectenschlag." After many laughs and tears were shed, and the eco-friendly rice paper confetti had settled, Mark and Jaclyn decided to take in all of downtown Fairhope's charm and beauty with a leisurely stroll back to The Venue in downtown Fairhope for their breathtaking reception. Jaclyn had a vision of adorning the rustic, modern beauty of The Venue with lavish greenery, candlelight, and family-style seating around the entire room. Her cake, designed by Sukar Bakes was an elegant and tasteful visual anchor to the space. After dinners and toasts (yes, with custom-crafted gourmet cocktails inspired by their two chihuahuas), everyone was requested to move outside to the patio space for yet another grand reveal! Jaclyn made a switch into a SPARKLING, full-length white gown and she and Mark greeted everyone accented by spotlight and ready to wow with a rehearsed first dance. After parent dances, it was time to fire the party up! Bass Clef Presentations did not disappoint, as you'll see from the first few seconds of the film until the very end, this crew was ready to celebrate and they certainly did just that! Throw in an epic photo booth, gourmet ice cream flown in from Ohio, and a packed dance floor... and you have a recipe for one unforgettable wedding! Cheers to the happy couple! You are now married... it's a statement of fact. 😉
