On the anniversary of the day they met each other in an elevator and in secret from their family and friends, A + J eloped in San Francisco
From a statement dress in SF City Hall for their civil ceremony, to a simple mountainside vow exchange at sunset, and back to the patio of their hotel for a moonlit dance and pizza — their day was full of moments
These two radiate. Their comfort with one another and ease by each other’s side was so special to witness. J was so invested in making the day perfect for the two of them, and supporting A in all of her visions and plans
Creating a film for them that felt elevated, fit the cinematic vibes they were hoping for, while also adding touches of authenticity and real moments was my favorite. I’m all about adding depth to elopement films. Slow motion clips are without a doubt beautiful and so special and timeless, but alone, they can just feel empty. The story has to be there. I focus so much on that in all of the films that I create. Leaning into who my clients are, what their day felt like, and the magic that makes them them.
Listening and executing my client’s vision and creating a film that supports that is my favorite. My clients trust my artistry and ability to listen and that really is the greatest gift.
This film will stay with them forever and beyond, and A will always be able to hold onto how ICONIC she was in that dress even years down the road.
So excited to share this one and so grateful for the amazing clients I get to serve!
With love,
