Wedding Date on Jun 11, 2022

I could talk for *literal* hours about Tess and Clay. This film is the culmination of years of friendship with them across 2 weddings. The first occurred at their private family lakehouse in Kentucky in the summer of 2020. With a limited group of only 12 people they put their big plans on hold in due to the Pandemic. It was one of the best weekends of our professional careers to be able to spend such quality time with everyone there. We spent time around the campfire drinking whisky, and spent the entire wedding day with Tess and Clay, dancing on the deck until 2 am. We truly felt like family when we went home on Sunday afternoon. Fast forward almost 2 years to the day, and they were finally able to have the big celebration they had waited for. You might expect it to be less emotional and more just fun, but let me tell you, these two have a love that INSPIRES. I have never seen a couple be more celebrated in my life. Their second time around was incredible and so full of intentional moments like taking the boat on the river, locking away letters from their wedding party, and escaping to the top of the mountain for some evening portraits and quiet moments. I hope their love resonates even half as much through this film.
