Wedding Date on Oct 10, 2020

Taralyn and Victor wanted to elope in style. And by style we mean, dressed in traditional wedding attire while hanging 600 feet above a forest floor on the Telluride Via Ferrata. After driving about nine hours from their new house in Las Vegas, Nevada, this travel-loving couple spent a whirlwind of a weekend exploring, hiking, and eloping. The Telluride Via Ferrata—meaning "iron path" in Italian—is a three mile loop trail that attracts adventure-seeking hikers and climbers from around the world. Most of these hikers don't don a floor length wedding dress before starting the trail, but most hikers aren't Taralyn. Or Victor for that matter—the man wore a jacket and tie for goodness sake! We spent about four hours clipping to and un-clipping from metal cabels and finding our balance on metal rungs while experiencing breathtaking views of Telluride, Colorado. After some well-earned lunch, we found a beautiful aspen grove where T+V exchanged vows.
