Wedding Date on Jul 6, 2018

From The Bride: Jason and I had similar friends because we grew up in the same neighborhood. When I first met Jay (at a Halloween party) he was there with a girl and I knew that I wanted to steal him away, he played hard to get for a couple months but one night while we were out his (now our) sister in law noticed men approaching me. She told him he better make me his before someone else did! So from that night forward I was his! We had our first child and dated for 9 years until he finally purposed, we had our second child and were engaged for 2 more years and the day after our 11 year anniversary we got married! #1 thing people should know about our wedding was our venue ceremony was taken place on an island surrounded by water fountains and greenery, needing to cross a bridge to get there, it was why we fell in love with our venue. When we woke up that morning there was 100% chance of rain and thunderstorms (I cried a lot that morning). Our ceremony was at 4pm and around 320pm, they needed me to make a decision about having our ceremony inside (I wasn’t having it) but within 10 mins it stopped raining and the sun broke threw the clouds. We were able to get married on the island with no rain! After the ceremony was done 20 min later it started storming again. With it raining again we got to take an awesome video and photo shoot. It was all meant to be. To sum it up, rain on your wedding is said to be good luck and it’s not that you don’t want it to rain on your wedding day, its all about at what point it stops!
