Wedding Date on Nov 1, 2020

Shilpa and Keshav found love in a hopeless place – the Wharton School. They met at a memorable three hour birthday dinner for a mutual friend, which was filled with awkward small talk and tequila. Fortunately, the couple were in the same cohort of students taking fall classes and quickly developed a real friendship. Keshav realized Shilpa wasn't as quiet as she initially appeared and had an irrational passion for early morning fitness classes. Shilpa meanwhile discovered that Keshav loved the back row of group dances and exploring obscure local activities after detailed Yelp / blog analysis. Over time, both realized that they were spending far more time with each other than on classes (Cs get degrees). But after they stayed up until 5AM chatting in a hotel lobby in Cartagena, they truly knew they had found something special. A whirlwind first date in Brooklyn shortly after Thanksgiving was the start of a deep and unconditional love, that only grew with each high and low. After many crosswords, gluten-free pizza slices, Tripadvisor recommended activities, and basketball games together, Keshav popped the question. The couple celebrated their micro wedding with a weekend of festivities in Charleston, South Carolina with their forever iDo day on November 7th, 2020.
