“Our love so far is a true adventure. Cinematic at scale, romantic at heart, Sometimes funny, occasionally sad, Across continents and years, Our love knows no bounds.” It seems that for Robert and Elizabeth, everything streamed naturally, as if something in this world has always willed them to be together. They could have been another faces in the crowd, but fate intervened and manifested its will through the tiniest of ways. For instance: In their Year 11, it didn’t let her take a Biology class so she can be in Business Studies with Robert. And if Robert’s former seat mate wasn’t so consumed with moodiness, this classmate didn’t have to move to a different row, something that will prevent Liz to take his place so she can poke Robert whenever she pleased. If not for those minutiae coils in their fate, they could not know how it is to enjoy spending time talking just about anything that other people would find bizarre or that they wouldn’t have shared their first kiss on a rainy July in 2008. It’s as if life sparked this adventurous souls and for seven years their journeys were permeated with excitement and their days braided with real love and ardor. For Robert, Liz has been his source of encouragement and for Liz, her fuel of sweetness. Together, they have traveled to several countries (twice to their favorite Fiji), been characters in Liz’s illustrated storybook (where Robert’s the Bunny and Liz is the Owl), built freelance businesses, bought an investment apartment at such young age, moved themselves to America in under 5 weeks of notice….then get married at the same place where he proposed, with the natural soundtrack of soft rains and waves crashing on Sea Ranch’s rocks…thousands of miles from their beloved home and families in Australia. And with our years being filmmakers for lovers, we have nary a doubt that their love and respect for each other shone as one of the best. And because of that, we’re incredibly lucky to experience the joining of what this life’s best and kindest right in front of our eyes. THANK YOU Robert and Elizabeth for being great sports despite the strong prickly winds and for trusting us to savor your first days of marriage with you as not just your videographers but also as friends who captured your celebration of your relationship together. We CANNOT wait to hear more of your future adventures and we hope we get to enjoy vegemite with you two soon ;p WEDDING LOCATION: Sea Ranch Lodge WEDDING CREATIVES: Photographer: John, John Birchard Photography Videographers: Dax and Pao, Dax Victorino Films Officiant: Charles Kimball Florist: Rhonda, Sea Ranch Lodge Cake Artist: Franny, Franny’s Cup and Saucer (Sea Ranch Lodge) Bride’s Hair Accessory: Elizabeth, the bride herself smile emoticon Wedding Dress: BCBG Max Azria Men’s Formalwear: Perry Ellis
