Wedding Date on May 19, 2018

Robert and Amanda met at a mutual friend's movie night in high school. Robert sat in a chair next to Amanda. During the movie, Robert leaned over and asked, "Can I put my feet up here?" She told him, "Sure... as long as they don't touch me." After years of wanting to go to New York during Christmastime, Robert and Amanda planned a trip to the city to visit one of her friends in December 2016. Whenever they visit New York, Robert and Amanda love to stroll through Central Park - this trip was no exception. During our stroll, Robert asked if they could take a picture near the Loeb Boathouse. After the picture, she began to walk away. Amanda heard Robert call out to her; and, when she turned around, he was down on one knee ready to propose. It was a perfect moment. Amanda graduated with her Masters to be an elementary school teacher right before their wedding and Robert is a manager at Publix. They love to travel, cook, and binge watch Netflix together.
