Ray & Cassandra are yet another online dating success story! These two met via Bumble in Montreal on Christmas Day back in 2017. Cass was living in Canada at the time while Ray was visiting family. Fast forward to summer 2019, Cass moved to Brooklyn where their shared story truly started to develop. Ray proposed on NYE of 2020, and they found out two months later that they were expecting! Their wedding day started out with great weather before a storm came through w/ heavy rain & strong winds. Instead of stressing out about it, Ray & Cass sat down for a couple rounds of speed chess & got some Super Nintendo games in! The sun ended up coming out just in time for their rooftop vows & portrait session throughout Brooklyn! In Ray & Cass’ pre-wedding questionnaire, I asked them how they would describe their ideal wedding day in three words. The answer that they came up with was “memorable, us, and effortless.” Now that their wedding experience is over, I can say that what they wanted their day to be was exactly how it turned out. Their intimate wedding day was a complete reflection of their relationship, and I loved it. It was an honor getting to experience the love that they share.
