Wedding Date on Feb 22, 2020

When it rains on your wedding day... just go with it. Rachel's mom explained in a sweet southern drawl to the camera crew earlier in the day that there is rain in the forecast and that there is "always a chance for rain on your wedding day when it's in Florida". This family approached the downpour that came on quickly during the vows at the ceremony with joy and a bit of adventure. Some of our favorite parts were when the couple exchanged vows privately shortly after the First Look earlier in the day. It was perfect weather and chose a small nook in the Vizcaya Museum Gardens. It was an intimate and heartfelt - and a bit tearful - private exchange of promises. The weather cleared up and the couple danced under the stars on the East Terrace. The couple was surprised by a fireworks show over the barge while cutting their cake. It was a perfect way to kick off the party.
