They met in Los Angeles back in 2016.  Peggy is originally from NYC and Dallas and Kyle from Maryland but he has been in Southern California for over 10 years. They met at work (Peggy is not with that company anymore) but they rarely interacted until they both decided to stay for a work-hosted board game night.  After that board game night, a few of us decided to head to a bar and that's when Kyle and Peggy ended up staying the latest out of everyone else and they ended up chatting for hours.  He asked Peggy out on a proper date very quickly after that night and the rest is history.
