Matt and Laney met through mutual friends; Laney's best friend since birth and one of Matt's college best friends from his fraternity (who actually just got married)! Matt surprised Laney with an engagement by having friends plan a "brunch reservation." Her best friend decided she wanted to have a drink on our rooftop before they all went to brunch and then Matt popped the question!
