Wedding Date on Mar 20, 2020

From the bride: "Alright so July 2017 I started my new job and on my very first day I was getting to meet everybody and someone specifically pointed out a guy not paying any attention sitting at a computer named Irvin. I know he doesn’t remember this at all but I guess for me you could say he caught my attention literally the first time I saw him. So for about a year our relationship was just work friends but we became good friends pretty quick, which in the type of environment we work in is pretty much bound to happen when you are stuck in one area for 12-13 hours and doing all the nursing life things but it was always a little different with Irvin. A group of us from work started hanging out and Irvin finally started tagging along too. I knew he was fun to be around, easy to talk to, and literally liked by everyone we worked with, but I had no idea he would ever consider dating me (even though people told me all the time that it was obvious). When it all started to click for me was one night a group of us were meeting up and Irvin asked if he could head on over even though everyone else was running behind. I was kind of freaking out but also like okay so I’m thinking this is him saying there’s something here. Eventually we started hanging out by ourselves more and more and more and then it happened. He kissed me. I freaked out. Literally went and woke my roommate up in the middle of the night, frantically looking at the schedule to see when we worked together next, going through all the possible pros and cons, I was a mess because I knew that there was no going back. I had definite feelings for him but was hesitant because he was older and we were coworkers and it all just kind of came out of nowhere but I really really liked him so decided to go for it. Our relationship from day one has always been so easy going and just felt right. I knew pretty early on that I was serious about Irvin. Ten months into dating this guy and we had already made so many memories together from hot air ballooning in Portland, to white water rafting in Taos, to exploring all of downtown philly, I knew I was going to marry him and one day be engaged but I had no idea it was all going to begin on the family beach vacation but it couldn’t have been more perfect. He fits into my family so well and his family has been so accepting of me. Irvin is the best human I know and I could not be more excited about spending forever with him!"
