We were so happy when they decided to bring us to the rehearsal dinner - there were so many amazing speeches from so many people in their life that cared about this couple, so we got to really get an idea of who Kate and Henry were through how their family and friends talked about them. And we even got to be there for such a beautiful speech from Henry to Kate, and in a relaxed situation like the rehearsal dinner, it felt so intimate and sweet. This ended up being so important for this video since they wanted more of a documentary-style approach to the day, so they weren't as interested in getting romantic footage (even more when that day got so colllllld). Plus they had no personal vows, no cards they'd written to each other, and only one toast at the reception, so this day before was really how we get to know them and their love story in this video. It's such a good example of how a custom tailored video like this can come from different directions depending on what's important to the couple. And you can see, these two wanted to enjoy their wedding night and wow, they enjoyed it to the fullest! The dance floor was crazy, the Clemson tiger came to party, and Kate and Henry were in the thick of it the whole time, fully living their day with all their friends and family around. "The luckiest of us make our own luck" is right, and Henry and Kate show us how it's done!
