I don't think a proposal could get much better than this. When Joseph reached out to me to capture his surprise proposal to his amazing now-fiance Tsebaout, I was blown away! The level of detail that Joseph put into his dream proposal was next level. From bringing her in on a helicopter, flying her closest family and friends in to be a part of the day, to the epic fireworks show to cap off the night. This was a proposal of epic proportions! Joseph & Tsebaout’s engagement video was filmed at Del Mar Villa in Dundee, Oregon just outside of Portland.
