We have all been to a wedding where the speeches were a little dull and boring, but at Jill and Joel's charming coastal wedding in Charleston, South Carolina, that was not the case. The Grooms older brother Elliot, delivered a perfectly executed speech straight from memory without any notes that was elaborately tied together like a stand-up comedy special.
