Wedding Date on Aug 21, 2021

Garrett and I met on our very first day of freshman year of college at GVSU. We learned that we lived down the hall from each other in the same dorm building, and we were both minoring in Spanish. However, we also were both dating other people at the time... We had secret crushes on each other for almost four years... At the end of senior year, we both found ourselves single, and Garrett made the first move! The rest is history 💗 fast forward to November 2019 and he proposed to me on a mountain top in Spain (it was our dream vacation, especially since we both had a Spanish class together in college). We currently live in Howell, MI and have an apartment together with two adorable kittens! Our pets are our whole lives lol. We also love to hike and be outside as much as possible. We both work full time. We spend a lot of time in Northern MI and also traveling to visit Garrett's family in California and Buffalo, NY. However, Grand Rapids will always have a very special place in our hearts ❤️ Our wedding date is 10 years exactly to the date we met, from 8/22/11 to 8/21/21.
