Her passion for cinematic storytelling began when she was earning her master’s degree from the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University. She produced video journalism for The Boston Globe, where she won an Emmy Award for a story about sexual assault survivors. Her work has appeared on HBO, The Boston Globe, Center for Public Integrity, and The Today Show, among others. When Alex is not running the business she enjoys snuggling with her black lab, Dandy, building elaborate lego displays and tap dancing.

He graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and worked as a newspaper reporter in Virginia and Pennsylvania for four years before pursuing a master’s degree in Multimedia, Photography & Design at Syracuse University.
