"Loving you has felt like home from day one." Following college at Notre Dame, Andrew relocated to Pittsburgh for a job. Coincidentally, a new job post graduation also brought Heather to the great Steel City. While in Pittsburgh, Andrew got connected to Northway Christian Community where he began leading a co-ed small group. Northway just so happened to also be the church Heather began attending soon after arriving in Pittsburgh. In January 2017, she decided to join a co-ed small group - yes, the same small group that Andrew was leading that year. Having both gone to college in Indiana, faith being a priority in each of their lives, and tsharing a mutual love for black coffee, The Office and baseball - it's not difficult to imagine how or why they immediately hit it off. Prior to their first date, Andrew was so excited that somehow he ended up stopping by Heather's home the day prior, where they talked for HOURS! From there, it was a whirlwind as they spent every possible minute together, met one another's friends and families in Chicago and Buffalo, respectively, and as Heather says, bulldozed one another's lives completely - but they wouldn't have had it any other way. Andrew and Heather set the bar high in every competent of life, evident in a million different ways, but especially so in the people they surround themselves with. Their close knit family and friends all had extremely high expectations for the person each of them would spend their life with - and the consensus on both sides was unanimous: They had high standards, and both Andrew and Heather hit every single one. Not only are these two accomplished, beautiful, kind, authentic, athletic, magnetic, and outrageously wonderful people, they are also a TON of fun. And really funny. :) We highly recommend reliving this day with the sound on - as we can guarantee some laughs, and assure you won't stop smiling as you share in the celebration of Andrew and Heather's classic, romantic wedding day!
