Haley said this : "We basically met through Instagram and a friend of mine, which is one of my bridesmaids! My friend posted a picture of my mom and I for woman crush Wednesday back in 2013 and I looked to see who liked the picture and Ryan was one of them. I didn’t know him, but thought he was cute so I stalked his page! My friend who posted it was going to UNCG at the time and I saw that he also was attending UNCG. At this point, I’m attending Meredith College. I texted my friend and asked if she knew him and she said she’s seen him on campus but didn’t know him. I told her to find him on campus for me! I was kind of joking, but not really! One night, she was at a dorm in an elevator and Ryan and his friends got on the same elevator! Coincidence? I think not! She asked if he was Ryan Rainey and told him her friend likes him. She called me and told me to guess who she was with. It took me a couple seconds to realize who she was talking about! I was so shocked! Later that night, she gave him my number and the rest is history!! "
