Wedding Date on Oct 21, 2022

Billy and Erin met in San Luis Obispo (SLO) on California's Central Coast. Billy moved out from the east coast to SLO to live with his brother, Matt, whom was dating Erin's then roommate, Fran. They were all part of the same friend group, and eventually started dating. One day Billy's mom organized family photos to be taken of the whole group. The evening before, Billy told his brothers and father about his proposal plan during family photos. That morning, everyone woke up at 4:30am to make it down to the beach for sunrise. Before leaving, Billy quietly went up to their photographer and said "I have a ring" to her surprise. There was a quick scrambling of plans to coordinate the ring handoff later. After taking all the family photos, everyone started to gather their things and head back to the main path. Billy and Erin happened to be the last ones on the beach with Lexie. As they took in the sunrise and quiet moment alone, Erin felt this urge to get down on one knee for a fake proposal (since they had been jokingly doing this for the past few months). Billy quickly pulled her back up and said, "What are you doing?!" and Erin laughed it off. Billy walked over to Lexie and asks for his phone for the code phrase for the ring exchange. Erin's back was to him and she heard, "Erin Kelly Browne, will you marry me?" This beautiful story led us to October 21, 2022 in the Marin Arts and Garden Center where Erin and Billy tied the knot. This incredible day was filled with so much laughter, a surprise lion dance, and a whole lot of love and support.
