Most ceremonies are rich with personality, because the couple gets to spend so much time with the officiant during pre-marital counseling or by simply having a close relationship. Mark and Courtney's officiant asked for each one of their wedding party's phone numbers so he could include words of affirmation in the service from some of their closest friends. Both Mark and Courtney wrote their own vows to each other as well, which only added to the character of the ceremony. And judging by Courtney's words of "I will always be your Sunday Pizza Pal" and the pepperoni pizza-themed grooms cake, Mark must really love his za! Cheers to the Simos!
