Chantal + Patrick How/ when did you meet each other? We met at our work - she was starting her first day as an intern and I had recently started working full-time. We actually grew up in the same town and I was friends with her older brother in high school, but we didn't know each other existed until we met at work. How did he propose? We went to Thailand over Christmas and he took me to an elephant sanctuary where he got on one knee in front of the elephants. It was the most amazing experience and I was overwhelmed with emotions. We'll have to show you the pictures when we meet! Where is a place you’ve always wanted to travel? Africa in general, especially South Africa. What things do you look forward to each day? Waking up next to each other and starting our day together. We both still work at the same company and since we moved to California we work in the same building. When we get home we can't wait to see our two cats and relax on the couch with a glass of wine or bourbon. We spend almost every minute together and still we never get sick of each other! Our first dance will be There Will Be Time by Mumford and Sons (we recommend you watch the youtube video of the live performance in South Africa, it's amazing!), and she will be walking down the aisle to Outro by M83. Lately the song that we've both had on repeat for the past couple years is Treat You Better by Rufus Du Sol.
