Wedding Date on Jul 15, 2022

World, meet Becky with the Good Hair & HOT John!! Becky & John met at a 4th of July party held by some mutual friends at Lake Loveland. They both walked in at the same time and caught each other's eye, but John only gave a shy wave. They were both in separate groups talking until Becky was brave enough to ask John to do a shot together to get the day going a little more. From there they hung together most of the day on the boat. John tried wakeboarding to impress Becky and ended up chipping his teeth. But not to worry, that didn't stop the fun and the drinks kept flowing into the night. At the dock under the fireworks, Becky asked "are you going to kiss me or not!?," and that was their first kiss. In the days to follow, they kept texting each other and went on their first official date at the drive inn movie theater. Neither one of them remember which movie it was because they talked the whole time in the back of Becky's 4runner. From there they went on a few more dates and became official a month later. Soon after, Becky discovered what a status this guy had. She was bombarded by others asking if she was dating "THE HOT JOHN?!?!" She had no idea that CSU had come up with a nickname for him and she was the lucky gal who got to date him. Although it held some pressure, she is happy to say that she gets to marry "THE HOT JOHN!!!!!!!" Her family was definitely skeptical of a guy with a nickname like that but he won them over quickly with his loving and goofy spirit. Their wedding was a dreamy Colorado summer day out at Spruce Mountain Ranch in Colorado. The two didn't stop laughing all day and danced the night away to old emo music.
