Wedding Date on Oct 12, 2024

Okay, so on this wedding day, I was the other Alyssa. 😂 I told the bride early on that I would just not respond to my name — because let’s be real, if someone was yelling “Alyssa!” they were 1000% talking to her! (And honestly? Fair.) But I felt like more than just the other Alyssa that day — I felt like a friend. Because Alyssa and Nicholas are those people you just instantly click with. It must be an Alyssa thing! 😉 They’re kind and thoughtful and generous, and you can feel it in your soul from the second you meet them. The love they have for their people is so genuine, and it showed in every single moment and detail. This wedding was the definition of a backyard dream — intimate, dreamy. Every detail was intentionally planned with love. My favorite part was the drink truck! Beautiful AND yummy! Well… the truck was beautiful, and the drinks were yummy. (Just to be clear) I loved it in the backdrop and got to try some kind of blueberry lemonade mocktail which was soooo refreshing on a hot day! Also — you know how I feel about handwritten vows. 😭 Theirs were absolute perfection. And don’t even get me started on bride prep!! Alyssa let me capture every single dreamy shot my little filmmaker heart desired, and the lighting was chef’s kiss! Totally my jam! I’m really excited to finally be able to share this with all of you! And, to the happy couple! Thank you for entrusting me with your memories! It is always an honor! I hope you cherish this moment for years to come — just like I’ll cherish the joy of being part of your beautiful day. You two are pure magic.
