Wedding Date on Aug 8, 2022

I have a dream of building an A frame house so this wedding was right up my alley! I’ve been so excited to edit this one! It was everything I dreamed it would be and more! When I first spoke with Nina on the phone she told me that she discovered me the year before and always knew that she wanted me to film her wedding and that the video was one of the most important things to her! So obviously I immediately fell in love with her! And to top it all off she is just the salt of the earth and a sweetheart to boot! The day was just amazing! Everyone was so happy and the rain didn’t put a damper on the ceremony at all! We waited a while for the rain to stop but then just decided to go for it! And ever since the last time I shot a wedding in the pouring rain I became a fan! There’s something really beautiful about a ceremony while it’s raining that I really love! This wasn’t a typical wedding, there was no dancing to film but I loved capturing all the laughter and smiles during their candle lit dinner, fireside chat and s’more assemble-age! I love the way light and shadow dance across my the face of a person, it makes the subject so much more interesting to me! So this was definitely my kind of wedding! To Nina and Jonathan! It was soooo much fun spending this day with you! I am so happy for the both of you! It’s been fun spending the last week thinking about you, hearing all the beautiful thoughts from your friends and family and looking at your beautiful faces!
