Wedding Date on Feb 26, 2022

Jorge Pardo, plastic artist, and Alexis Johnson, gallerist, met more than 20 years ago, bouncing back and forth from work environments and common friends in the arts, until they both decided it was time to get it together and be together. This jungle deep wedding was the perfect setting to celebrate their union and their love, marrying under a Mayan ceremony in the incredible Hacienda Tecoh, a project art by itself customized by the groom, Jorge, in over 6 years. Surrounded by intimate friends and family, the couple made it official by dancing the night away and letting the Mexican jungle guide them through this next step in their lives.
