It all started with a click of a button and a little bit of luck. Stanley and Yen met on Coffee Meets Bagel and were pretty much on opposite ends of the spectrum when it came to online dating. Stanley was on the dating app circuit for quite some time and was becoming jaded by the same unfulfilling dates over and over again. Yen, on the other hand, was new to online dating, and Stanley’s profile was one of the first ones she saw on her list of bagels. Just as Stanley was about to quit the app, they connected and Stanley decided to give the online dating game another shot. On their first date, they instantly connected and spent all night talking until the bar they were at closed. Fast forward to planning their wedding, Yen and Stanley were faced with a pandemic and constantly-changing restrictions. Fortunately, with the help of their amazing planner Lisa of Blooming Wed, they were able to reduce their guest count, change their date, and find a gorgeous private estate for their intimate celebration. While their wedding day didn't quite look the way they had originally envisioned, the end result was an elegant, romantic affair filled with joy and laughter!
