Taylor and Jorden met in LA while working together in 2013. Jordan is from Kansas and played college baseball (Go Jayhawks!). Taylor is a military brat but grew up through high school and college in NC (Go Seahawks!) so that has always been "home". When they met Taylor was Jordan's manager at work. She likes to tell him now how lucky she is to be promoted from his work manager to his life manager.... While working together and for a few years after, they remained friends, and kept in touch as they moved around with the company. Eventually Jordan left LA for Denver, and Taylor moved to South Florida. In 2016, Jordan FaceTimed Taylor one night from Denver to reconnect and tell her he got a new job. Or so he claims.... After reconnecting, Jordan planned a trip to Florida in December of that year. Shortly after, they agreed they probably should have considered dating several years prior when they weren't long distance. But they had to give it a shot. After a year back and forth from Denver to Florida, Jordan moved to Delray Beach to make it official. Shortly after he proposed in October of 2020, he got an offer to return back to Kansas City for work (and close to family) so they decided to go for it. They now live in KC full time but travel back and forth to FL often - because, what is winter??? Taylor will tell you that Jordan is everything she never knew she needed in another person. He is her biggest supporter. Her wins are always his wins. And he never misses a chance to tell Taylor he's proud of her. They are so proud of the life they're building together and how different they can be, but how well they work as a team.
