Wedding Date on Apr 24, 2021

Taylor and Javi met at work on Taylor's first day. She had recently moved to town for school and needed a part time job. Javi worked there. She became really close in their friend group and began inviting herself everywhere with them. She invited myself to a night out they were having at a local bar, Javi drove her home that night and bought her Taco Bell.. Love at first Bite! :) For their first date Javi picked her up at her apartment and they walked to the movie theater and saw Batman v Superman ( both state they are big nerds when it comes to DC and Marvel). He held Taylor's hand throughout the movie, walked her back to her apartment after where he kissed her goodnight.. and the rest is history. Words from the Bride: "I used to be the type of person to feel embarrassment for the sappy, PDA enthralled couples always sharing how they felt about their S.O. or displaying it. Until I met Javi.. and then I became that person. He's the person I tell everything to (and I mean EVERYTHING), he's my best friend, my sounding board, often times my voice of reason when I want to say or do something impulsive. He cares more about the people he loves than anyone I've ever met. He is selfless and hardworking, often times putting everyone else's wants or needs before his own. He's the best person I know and being with him makes ME want to be the best version of myself. Before Javi I don't think I ever knew what it was to be in love with someone and I always thought it wouldn't happen for me, that I was just the kind of person that got bored easily and wanted to move on quickly. And I didn't even realize I was falling in love with him until one day I woke up and came to the conclusion that I just didn't want to live my life without this person in it. That's how I knew. My internal narrative no longer thought in terms of "I or me" it's "us or we." I think I've started to love myself more because of how much he loves me and the best parts of me that he brings out. Being with him means waking up everyday next to my best friend and feeling the joy and happiness that brings knowing I'll get to do it everyday for the rest of my life".
