Wedding Date on Dec 28, 2018

Derek and Sydney have an awesome love. Their highest regard for their family, their friends, and their faith are what stand as the foundation of their new marriage. Derek was kind and accommodating to everyone around him (including our team!) while he prepared for his first look with Sydney. Sydney was absolutely giddy in anticipation, and her bridal party shared that excitement! It was the little things we saw which really allowed us to see the full breadth of the greatness within these two people we were filming. The fact that Sydney hugged her florist instead of simply thanking him. The fact that Derek danced with his wife every time she asked. The fact that the pair of them sought out and thanked every single guest who came to celebrate their wedding. Things that one might assume are commonplace traditions for ones wedding, but which are incredibly easy to forget in the whirlwind of the day. And the strength of the love they share for each other was a wonderful sight to behold, especially through a lens.
