Brendan and Stephanie are two of the most accomplished individuals we’ve ever met. They are as intelligent and kind as they are beautiful (which is saying a lot because hello, they are GORGEOUS!) While they both have resounding life resumes, it’s safe to say that the stand out achievement is the love story they share together. Brendan was the soccer goalie at Penn State during his undergrad years prior to relocating to Pittsburgh to attend law school at Duquesne University. After living in the 'Burgh two years, a mutual friend introduced him to Stephanie and he was smitten right away. Stephanie earned both her undergraduate degree and her MBA from Pitt, and works for the University of Pittsburgh, so is a Pitt girl through and through. While these two will forever be a house divided on collegiate sports, they are otherwise a perfect match. Just after graduating law school, Brendan planned his proposal under the guise that it was a celebration for him passing the BAR. He surprised her by asking her to spend forever by his side on the scenic walkway between the cathedral of Learning and Heinz Chapel in Oakland. After she emphatically agreed, they headed back to their apartment where all of their people were waiting to celebrate alongside them! These two light up any room they are in and put the biggest smile on one another's faces with just the smallest glance. They declared their vows in the heart of Oakland on a day that can only be described as a dream.
