I have been honored to be part of the Charlottesville and Central Virginia local food community since 1993, working as a chef, caterer, baker, barista, and farmer. Now I am using my experience and knowledge of our area, its venues, farms and resources to create one of a kind, delicious desserts. The whole process is customized to each couple, from the tasting to designing the cake, to taking some home at the end of the night.
