Shalyn planted the first willow tree at her grandparent's lavender farm with her grandfather, and gave the name Willowfield to honor its growing roots. In their ten years together, Shay and Evan explored their roots at their grandparents farms while also pursuing their dreams across the country. Now the couple lives in New York City, and I wanted to pay homage to Shay’s musical theatre career through this play structure.
