Wedding Date on Sep 3, 2016

From The Bride: March 2013 is when our story began. From a brief exchange of texts and phone calls after finding each other on Match. com, we got to know the basics. Mike was a year older and originally from New York. He came to Maryland to attend Loyola University and after school used his internet marketing skills to start up his own business. When we met, Mike was living in the Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore. Mike learned that I originally grew up in Delaware and also left my hometown to attend the University of Maryland ~ Go Terps! I told him I had embarked into the corporate world with my business degree background and also lived in the city, Federal Hill side of town. We met on a calm and chilly Tuesday night in early April. It was a classic Baltimore city romance! Mike was charming, cute and funny in person. He must've been anxious as he spilled wine all over himself at the dinner table, haha. Although I was a little nervous, I was able to keep my composure and we ended up having a picture perfect first date. You could say Mike pretty much took it over from there…he perfected the courtship phase in the first couple months of us dating and completely swept me off my feet. Spending time together was so much fun and I knew without a doubt that I had found a keeper :) It wasn't long before I introduced Mike to my energetic pitbull pup Grace and we became a happy little family together. Whether it was cooking, traveling, taking hikes, spending time with friends & family or just trying new things together - it really didn't matter what we did, we were a couple in love. Over the next two years our love for each other continued to grow…so much so that Mike decided to pop the question on the night of our two year anniversary ~ SURPRISE! ~ without a thought I said Yes.
