We met in high school! He walked by at a football game in 2011 and said “hey, you’re hot” and then we became best friends. In 2013, we dated for about a year. On our 6 month anniversary I made him an adventure book inspired by the movie Up! We broke up, but stayed friends and started dating again in 2016. In 2019, he proposed by surprising me with the adventure book updated with all of our memories together. When he got to the last page it was titled proposal, and he got down on one knee and popped the question! We ended up using the last few pages as the guest book at our wedding.
