Wedding Date on Nov 10, 2018

I knew there was something special about Salena before I even saw her face for the first time. An old engineer was playing a girl singing that we were supposed to be working with and my first reaction was who's voice is that? Later on conversation would lead to playful banter when she picked me up on the way to the studio one day. As luck would have it we invited her to my friends birthday party where I artfully made sure I was the only guy who danced with her the entire night. I knew she was special. I walked her to her car at the end of the night and made sure to ask her out for Valentine's day. I courted her with poems everyday, she had to know I thought she was special.Fast forward all these years and this is how I how I knew she was the one. She always built me up and was my rock. I supported her into any adventure that she wanted to undertake. My life didn't make sense or start to shape into direction until the day she walked in it. I found myself a woman who truly was my better half. She keeps my heart full of faith and days full of smiles. When it was time to present her with her engagement ring I slipped her the button I kept that came from her skirt the first night we danced at the birthday party. I kept it because I always knew life would bring me back to her. My love, my best friend, the only person who gets to steal food from my plate. My future wife...Salena.
