They met at a dating app! They both were traveling a lot for work and couldn't meet for a while. Rand thought Saida was living in Houston because that's what she had in her profile, but she was planning on moving to Houston although she was living in McAllen TX. For the first couple weeks chatting Saida though he was a catfish because he was too cute to be true, so she asked for his phone number and the first thing she did was facetime him! They had a blast talking on the phone and 3 days after, he went to McAllen to visit her and she invited him to a birthday party from a family member! Saida is Mexican as well as her whole family, so that was kind of a test from her to him! and well, he passed it! They had lots of fun and after that, they started traveling to the same places for work and for fun. Her family was so in love with Rand and she was kind of impressed. Work made them be apart for a couple of months and one day Rand told Saida he couldn't stop thinking about her, she was so surprised to hear that! and after that, they were inseparable!
