Wedding Date on Nov 10, 2019

Ebony, Richard’s cousin and Charlyne's best friend wanted to play matchmaker knowing that the two would make the perfect couple. She started by sending Richard and Charlyne a text message with their pictures attached. Charlyne recalls that the text read "Rich meet Charlyne, Charlyne meet Rich – have your way Lord…“ Charlyne replied with a simple, “Lol, Hi Richie…” and a response never came! It turns out, Richard replied to Charlyne's text, but accidentally failed to hit the send button. Not to long after, Richard and Charlyne went on their first date. Four years later, Richard proposed to Charlyne at the Kennedy Center during a showing of the Shen Yun ballet.
