Reem had recently moved to Boston for work. Emad lived in Boston and attended BU for his dentistry degree. A mutual acquaintance found out that Reem was moving to Boston and told her “Hey! I think I know someone who lives there, you should let him show you around”. Reem moved in August and didn’t meet Emad until February when a tooth ache pushed her to get in touch. Despite her “poor dental hygiene”, Emad asked her to grab coffee with him after a few appointments. On their first real date, Reem and Emad went for a 9-hour walk around Boston, stopping at the Isabella Gardner Museum, and have been inseparable ever since.
