Eddie has a level of empathy I haven’t found in any other partner. He genuinely understands people’s needs and feelings and empathizes with them to a high degree. Even if the situation is outside of his own reality, he has a natural ability to look at the situation from a human, subjective point of view. This ability has taught me so much and reminds me to think before acting, judging or speaking. I do not always nail this, but having a partner that lives in this way doesn’t allow me to stray too deep into the judgmental territory. I appreciate this so much because it is so easy to turn your nose up on things that are outside of your own perception/perspective. Wow, I don’t know where to start. I think the quality that I fell in love with first was her joy and how the warmth of her smile makes me happy. She is exceptionally disciplined; its literally RIP to anything she puts her mind to. She is refreshingly loyal and accountable; I never have to worry about where she is or what she is doing or who she is with. For me, it means a lot to have that peace of mind. On top of that, she is beautiful, smart, funny, stylish and a great dancer. Even if I wasn’t in love with her, I would want to be friends with her, just like everyone else she meets (even my friends and family). It means a lot that literally everyone in my life loves her; it just confirms what I already know – she is really special.
