Wedding Date on Jun 24, 2017

From The Bride: Charlie and I met at an Applebee's through a mutual friend during college. Little did we know, we had attended rival high schools. I told my friend that I thought he was "cute" on the ride home from our friend-hangout-turned-double date. We started dating a month after meeting. We told each other that we loved each other while riding the Ferris Wheel on Navy Pier a month after that. The rest is history. I mean, who could resist that red hair and charming smile? For the first year of our engagement, we lived in separate states while I attended graduate school to obtain my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. Charlie would make the long drive to visit me every other weekend during his stretches of days off from his paramedic job. We went to cake tastings, officiant meetings, and venue visits on the weekends that I came home to visit. I am so happy that we were able to have such a beautiful wedding surrounded by our very favorite people-thanks to our amazing team of vendors!
